We offer 12 months warranty with every purchase. We will replace appropriate part free of cost and bare the shipping fee provided the fault is due to a manufacturing error.

Returns Policy

At My Night Light, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Plus, if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund promptly. You can typically expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This time frame includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
