How much is postage?
Postage is a flat rate of $8.95 normal post to any where in Australia and just $12.95 express postage. You will also receive FREE shipping if your order is over $150. (This excludes bulky items such as Handmade Tee pees and personalised night lights) All options include a tracking number and signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postie will leave a card in your letterbox to let you know delivery was attempted.
When will my parcel arrive?
I will usually post same or next day that you place your order, with Australia Post. Their timeframes are 1-5 business days. Express postage is 1-2 days.
Do you post internationally?
Yes we do. When you arrive at check out, your postage will be calculated by which country you have choosen to ship to. Otherwise you can email firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote to your country. You will have an option of normal airmail or registered airmail, which includes a tracking number.
NIGHT LIGHT COMMON QUESTIONS
Do your night lights give off enough light to light a whole room?
Yes, they sure do. Our Sleepy Light range, Mobile range, Single light range, Personalised night lights and kids string lights all do. With our large Sleepy Light's, when the white light is chosen with the remote control included, it will actually be enough light to read stories by. But, you are also able to dim the light right down, so not too bright to leave on all night.
How safe are your night light's?
All of our night lights use LED lights, which means they will never get hot. This is fantastic if you need to leave your light on all night, (like I do for kiddie bathroom visits) it is very safe to do so. LED lights also use such a small amount of power (0.2 watt), this means they are very low voltage. I also consult with an electrician, to make sure every product I stock meets and exceeds safety standards.
What happends if the bulb blows, can I replace it?
LED lights do not blow like normal light bulbs. As LED's do not get hot, they do not 'burn' themselves out. Most LED's have a life span of upto 100 000 hours, (approx 11 years if you never switched it off!) so they are designed to never need replacing.
My battery operated night light is just doing the colour red, is it faulty?
This is a very common question I am asked. But, not to worry. Your light is not broken or faulty. It simply needs new batteries. Depending on the quality of the batteries and which light you have, will depend on the battery life span. I have found alkaline rechargeable batteries to be the ones to work best). When the lights begin to run low on battery power, the first colours to drop out will be the greens and yellows, as they use the most power. This is followed by the blue and purple lights, until you're finally left with just a dull red light. This is because the red colour uses the least amount of power, so it is the last colour to stop working. The only reason the lights ever do this is from batteries going flat.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
